How to make a booking
1. Collect an enrolment form from Biz – E – Kidz
2. Fill in the enrolment form and return it to the Biz – E – Kidz coordinator.
3. Ensure you include any important medical information, phone numbers and addresses.
4. Check with the coordinator for availability for the care needed.
Before and after school care bookings re-open every school year. Holiday programs and pupil free day plans are published in the school newsletter around 5 weeks before the end of each term.

Demand for Biz – E – Kidz is high and due to limitations not all requests for care can be met. Biz – E – Kidz allocates places according to the government guidelines for priority of access to childcare.

How to change your booking
If your child is away from school, your family goes on holidays or your plans change, you may need to change your Biz – E – Kidz booking either temporarily or permanently. To temporarily change your booking please drop into or phone Biz – E – Kidz on 9329 5529. To permanently change or cancel your booking, please fill in a ‘Change to Booking’ form available at Biz – E – Kidz.
How to make payments
Biz – E – Kidz invoices families every 2 weeks for the previous 2 weeks of care. Invoices are sent in the mail and payments can be made at the school office by cash, cheque, credit card, EFTPOS and BPay
Child Care Benefits and Child Care Rebate
If you are eligible for Child Care Benefits (CCB) or rebates (CCR) please make sure you supply Biz – E – Kidz with a copy of your most recent entitlement statement, parents and child’s Customer Reference Numbers (supplied by Centrelink) so Biz – E – Kidz can ensure you get the correct entitlement.
