Today is Harmony Day and the International Dinner.

We have a fantastic program of events.

Fingers crossed the rain and storms stay away. However, if we have thunder storms the event will need to be cancelled as the book fair is being held in the gym.

Stay tuned for a Compass alert to confirm weather conditions.

Interschool Sports - Year 6

2017 has been a very exhausting year for Year 6 so far and this is not changing. In term two, everyone in Year Six has to participate in either of these sports: Netball, Footy or T-Ball. I mean everyone here would choose T-Ball right. Trust me Netball and Footy don't stand a chance against T-Ball . Anyway back to topic. Interschool Sports is helpful for everyone as it helps them work and understand others, keeps them fit and most importantly, everyone makes new friends. So Year 6 parents who are reading this, it is essential that you talk to your son/daughter about what sport they would like to play and excel in.

Safety Week

As most of you would know last week was Safety Week. Students participated in all kinds of activities and now they know a lot more about safety than before. Everyone learnt about personal space and safety at school. We were assigned to either research on Asthma, Allergies, Diabetes or Epilepsy. It was all great fun!

Biz - E - Kidz

How to pay your Biz – E – Kidz account.
Biz-E-Kidz accounts are currently mailed to families fortnightly and show recent care and a running total of charges, payments and a balance owing. Accounts are payable fortnightly at the school office using cash, cheque, EFTPOS and credit card. If you wish to pay by BPay, please use your individual BPay reference number and school's ‘Biller Code’. These can be found on your school fees statement. It is important that you then email the school on north.melbourne.ps@edumail.vic.gov.au and notify them that the payment is for Biz-E-Kidz, your family ID number, the amount you have payed and quote your unique family BPay reference number in the subject line.

Emailing Accounts
Biz-E-Kidz will begin a trial in emailing accounts starting with the first account in week one of term 2, so if you opted in to receiving your account via email, please keep your eye on your inbox then.

Holiday Program deposits and changes due this Friday
We are in the process of finalising the holiday program and remind families that deposits are due by the end of Friday 24th March to secure your booking. Any changes to your booking can be made up to the end of Friday without incurring a $30 per child per day cancelation fee.
