Overview

Before and After School Care booking applications and changes can be made throughout the year.

In December families must re-enrol for Biz-E-Kidz for the following school year.

Holiday programs are published via COMPASS and in the school newsletter around 5 weeks before the end of each term.

Demand for Biz-E-Kidz can be high and due to limitations, not all requests for care can be met. Biz-E-Kidz allocates places according to the government guidelines for the priority of access to childcare.

How to enrol and make a booking

An enrolment application for Biz-E-Kidz must be made by completing an application online at https://www.smartcentral.net/v2/service_profile/show/353 or via a paper form which you can collect from Biz-E-Kidz. Biz-E-Kidz offers permanent (ongoing) bookings as well as casual (one-off) bookings, subject to availability and Priority of Access guidelines. Permanent booking requests can be made in your enrolment application. Casual bookings also require an enrolment. Holiday Programs require a booking, information about this is published via COMPASS in the weeks prior to the school holidays beginning.
Please feel free to email or call Biz-E-Kidz at bizekidz@northmelbourneps.vic.edu.au or 9329 5529 for more information or assistance in enrolling your child or making a new booking.

How to make payment

Payments of Biz-E-Kidz fees are made via direct debit through SmartCentral and Childcare EasyPay. Parents/guardians receive an email invitation to set up direct debit as part of the enrolment process.

Please get in touch if you haven’t received this yet.

Every fortnight Biz-E-Kidz sends parents/guardians a statement outlining attendances, fees, and the date of direct debit.

Please note: Biz-E-Kidz fees usually increase each July at the beginning of term 3.

Child Care Subsidy

If you are eligible for Child Care Subsidy (CCS) please make sure you supply Biz-E-Kidz with parent’s (Claiming CCS) and child’s Customer Reference Numbers (supplied by Centrelink) and dates of birth at the time of enrolment so Biz-E-Kidz can ensure you get the correct entitlement.
